Requesting a repeat prescription

Using the form below, you can request a repeat prescription for medication or food for your pet.

Upon receipt of the application:

• we check whether the product is available.
• we will send you a 'tick' for payment.
• we will let you know when the product arrives.

Keep in mind that some products may take one week to arrive. It is therefore wise to order the food and medication on time.
